Which is something that so far is not changing, though I am making strides in this. Therapy helps, and is itself a result of my scheduling things. Also, something that I started doing last month: keeping a bullet-journal. Bullet-journal can be found here. It’s a way of keeping track of what you want and need to do. I keep a very small diary, with enough room to write down when I have to work, but I don’t have the space to put in things like “Need to reply to my supervisor” or things like that. The journal does give me that space. Basically, it’s just a notebook that I use to keep track of what I have to do, and other notes. Like how to get somewhere. I started in March, and it’s really helped me so far.
